Cornell Wine Company is pleased to welcome JOEL SIMON, the North West  
Regional Sales Manager for RIEDEL Stemware.  Joel will conduct a  
seminar illustrating how glass shape can dramatically change the  
tasting experience for a given wine.

I once thought this concept was classic sales BS, but once I attended  
one of Riedel’s seminars, I was a convert.  I was amazed how the same  
west coast Cabernet Sauvignon could taste so different in different  
glasses – too fruity in the Burgundy glass, young and tannic in the  
Chardonnay glass, and just right in the Bordeaux glass.  Come and  
prove it for yourselves!

The fee for the event includes the four different VINUM SERIES  
glasses used in the seminar.

IN ADDITION, ATTENDEES WILL BE ABLE TO ORDER ANY RIEDEL STEMWARE ON  
THE NIGHT AT SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS FROM NORMAL PRICING (on a prepaid  
order basis).  BUY ALL YOUR CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR YOUR WINO FRIENDS ON  
ONE NIGHT – AND DO NOT FORGET YOURSELF.

To secure a reservation I will need a valid credit card or pre- 
payment in cash from all attendees.  We have to guarantee a certain  
number of reservations before we get Joel’s expertise.  Because of  
this, reservations are non-cancelable but can be transferred to other  
people.  Please note that credit cards will not be charged until we  
reach the required minimum number of reservations.
