[Cornell Wine] Cornell Wine Correction

A distributor has done a "bait and switch" on me and the 2001 Oomoo  
Shiraz became the 2003 when it arrived today.  The whole point of  
using this wine was its bottle age, so we are substituting a Syrah  
from the Napa Valley.  In some ways this is better as there is now a  
wider selection of production areas.  We will have Syrahs from  
France, Australia, Italy, California and Washington.
