ANNUAL PORT TASTING

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7th

  6:30 - 8:30PM

Ignore the election and come and taste Port!  For the Portoholics out  
there, next Tuesday is an evening not to miss!

Assuming all the distributors show-up, we will have approximately 20  
PORTS and MADEIRAS open for you to taste. Nearly all will be from  
PORTUGAL, but as usual something from AUSTRALIA will be in the line- 
up.  I expect the “star’ to be the KOPKE 1980 COLHEITA.  This is a  
fabulous 25 year-old single vintage Tawny Port.

Please remember Ports have a high alcohol content, and so do not  
attempt to try all the wines, even if you are “spitting” - we want  
you all to have a safe evening.  We encourage you to spit using the  
“Dump Buckets” or one of the “Personal Spittoons” available.

REMEMBER ALL WINES TASTED ARE AVAILBLE ON A PRE-PAID ORDER BASIS AT A  
15% DISCOUNT FOR 1-11 BOTTLES AND 18% DISCOUNT ON 12 OR MORE  
BOTTLES.  THESE DISCOUNTS ALSO APPLY TO ANY OTHER PORTS AND MADEIRAS  
IN STOCK.

THIS YEAR WE ARE ALSO OFFERING THE SAME DISCOUNTS ON ALL IN STOCK  
PORTUGUESE TABLE WINES (WE HAVE SEVERAL).
